Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not issue any refunds unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Foxgrandluxe@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address, 2302 AVENUE U, P.O Box 290038, Brooklyn New York 11229, United States.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and advise if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, only, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please be advised this is a "use at your own risk" product. This product, as well as all other beauty products, are not approved or inspected by the FDA Food and Drug Administration. There is no known latex in this product. We always recommend doing a patch test before using the glue or other products for its intended purpose. We are not responsible for any adverse allergic reactions you may experience while using FoxGrandLuxe products. If any complications were to arise during the use of any FoxGrandLuxe products, we recommend halting use of product(s) immediately, cleansing the skin and possibly seeking professional medical attention.
