1. Do you ship to locations outside the United States of America?

Fox Grand Luxe ships worldwide. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout depending on where you live. We do ship all orders from the United States of America. Please note you will be responsible for paying any and all duty fees and taxes upon entry of your order. Always follow your tracking number to stay updated on your order's journey.

2. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Within the United States, orders are picked and packed within 3 business days from time of purchase and are typically delivered 3-10 shipping days from the day the postal courier takes possession of the order.

3. My order has yet to arrive?

The products are usually shipped out within 3 business days of receiving payment. If the deadline has passed, please write us an email so that we can provide you with additional information at Foxgrandluxe@gmail.com

4. My order has yet to arrive?

5. I'm concerned about the security of my credit card information.

Because we utilize PayPal to process all of our transactions, you can be confident that they are fully secure. PayPal protects you against fraud, and we don't save any of your personal information on our systems.

6. Why did only one thing arrive when the rest did not?

We have a number of warehouses in various locations for logistics purposes. Depending on stock, your products may be shipped from multiple warehouses. There's no reason to be concerned; this is a common occurrence. Your second item(s) will very certainly arrive soon. Please send us an email if you have any additional concerns.

7. I had an issue with my order.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please contact us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so that we can repair it for free.

8. I'd want to make a few modifications to my order or cancel it entirely.

Changes can only be made during the first 24 hours of purchase. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can help you make the necessary changes to your order.
